1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, accessing the MenuHub platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

MenuHub is a digital storefront and direct online ordering software platform designed for restaurant businesses. The platform provides:

• AI-assisted menu management, import, and catalog enrichment
• Restaurant website and digital storefront creation and theming
• Direct online ordering with real-time kitchen notifications
• Customer management and menu performance insights
• Multi-tenant restaurant administration portal

3. Account Registration

To use MenuHub, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your restaurant name, admin slug, email address, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your restaurant business.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

We offer transparent subscription tiers:

• Free ($0/month): Up to 100 menu items, QR code tools, a basic storefront, and up to 3 AI menu imports/month.
• Launch ($29/month): Professional storefront, custom domain connection, AI menu import, and direct ordering with a 1% MenuHub platform order fee.
• Growth ($79/month): Adds loyalty & rewards, promotions, advanced analytics, POS integrations, and 0% MenuHub platform fee.
• Scale ($149/month): Adds multi-location controls, team permissions, API access, webhooks, and consolidated reporting.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe in USD. See our Refund Policy for billing and cancellation details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MenuHub to:

• Violate any applicable law, food safety regulation, or third-party rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent menu or pricing information
• Impersonate another restaurant, person, or entity
• Attempt to access other tenants' data or circumvent multi-tenant isolation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades platform performance
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code

6. AI Features — Responsible Use

Our AI menu import feature is designed to import your own restaurant's menu data from documents or public listings you authorize. You represent that you have the right to the menu content you instruct our AI to import. AI-generated website descriptions and content should be reviewed by you before publication.

7. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

Your Content: You retain 100% ownership of your restaurant data, menu content, brand assets, and customer lists. We do not sell or monetize your customer data.

Platform IP: All platform software, design systems, interfaces, and technology remain the property of MenuHub Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MENUHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time with 1 click directly from your restaurant administration dashboard or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period with zero cancellation penalties. Upon cancellation of a paid tier, your digital menu and QR codes automatically remain active on our Free tier, and your menu catalog and customer data are preserved.
