2. Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your active billing period unless your agreement states otherwise.

Annual plan refunds are reviewed case by case and follow the terms in your active subscription agreement. Contact support to request a billing review.
